[rpd] Can the Board and the CEO please get in sync?

Thanks Alan for this clarification.

Now as we await the last call announcement from Co-Chairs, I will like to
confirm if there is a time frame between the declaration of consensus and
the announcement of last call by the Co-Chairs.
