What is say is more important that what is imply

You say you see a big problem and then

 ... You clearly imply current CEO is not to blame
 ... You clearly say it happened under  past CEO
 ... You clearly blame current hostmaster

You never at any time hold people who run AFRINIC now accountable

Please be much blunt in futur. Direct query to people who can do something
about it.
Ex CEO and Ex Board are GONE. They cannot fix any problem that exist
at AFRINIC now.

Only one of those party can do any of these thing that are productiv (if
your claim is true)

i) confirm
ii) make disclosure
iii) fix it
