[rpd] about the "PDP update policy proposal" discussed this morning

In the hope that we can restart a cooperative discussion on this topic with the authors of the previous policy proposal, I withdraw my policy proposal, and will make sure to send my inputs again to the list ASAP.

I'm also available to sit down with the authors and if needed other folks from the community to talk about all this today or tomorrow.
