Dear Jordi,
Thanks for your presentation at the face 2 face. Just to bring to your
attention the faq[1] on sub-allocation.
"A sub-allocation is a block of IP address space given by an LIR to ISPs
(LIR's customers) for the purpose of subsequent distribution"
Since there is already a clear definition for sub-allocation, it seem to me
that just changing the word sub-assigned in the current policy to
sub-allocated, may be a neater way to address your concern/intention
better. That could make things shorter and brief while still reducing
opportunity for possible ambiguity which I think your current proposed text
may bring.
