[rpd] RPD : Policy proposal "Internet Number Resources review by AFRINIC" informations update

Good day all, I wish to state again like I have done in all my other comments that I strongly share the same objections with everyone of you as regards this policy.
I was only making suggestions as to some other dimensions which I feel we can productively channel these reservations to positively impact the internet community at large. 
However, I want to thank u @ Andrew Alston for shedding more light on the current state of the policy.
I reaffirm therefore, based on the above that my initial objection as regards this policy still stands.

Considering that it has already been ruled by the appeal committee that consensus did not exist, without changes - consensus cannot suddenly be there unless those that objected withdraw the objections - that has not happened.
