[rpd] RPD : Policy proposal "Internet Number Resources review by AFRINIC"

Dear Members,

This Proposed Policy is inconsiderate of  the financial loss the Organizations being asked to give up their resources will incur. This policy has also fallen short of the concept of "Free market policy" where there should be a willing lessor and a willing lessee. Organizations should be allowed to lease out their legitimately and financially acquired resources by themselves if these resources are not in use. However, the organizations must also ensure that they have put in place measures by which they can retrieve these resources when they wish to.
