I think at this point the prerogative of what becomes of this proposal remains with the proponents of the document.

Thank you for this procedural clarity.
Now I would like to take this opportunity to ask the proposers of AFPUB-2016-V4-001 what their intentions are. Will the proposal be withdrawn, or do you see possibilities for changes to the proposal that will lead to consensus?
