I see a problem though. Point 1.c.i. asks AFRINIC for "RPD discussion summary on the policy". I think it is a good idea to let AFRINIC do this. Making a summary involves interpretation, and asking AFRINIC to make that interpretation could be a conflict of interest, and puts a responsibility on AFRINIC and its staff that doesn't belong there.

I think it is the job of the Appeals Committee is to do that work, read the RPD discussions for themselves, and reach their own conclusions.
