[rpd] Update old policy title for grammar/spelling ??

Looking at the intention, I think that the message should be more along
the lines that unless someone disagrees within a working week (or other
suitable time period), that the correction shall be duly made.

Right now, I can't see why anyone would disagree with this particular
correction.
I do agree that communicating to the affected community of what is
intended is the correct thing to do.
Otherwise - the message just needs a time frame.

Please make the change, no objections here.
