I feel the community we are are really forgetting the impact the legal implications will have and even for the staff. We need to be cautious. Afrinic should not and unless the proof is verifiable this policy even passes causes more issues for the organisation. Unless  we want to close afrinic tomorrow. I wish the best of luck if the community feels this is a solution to the issues that the most compelling small user does. Most of us know not only small ones and even some academic universities does.  We know they do who is going to gather the proof. I do not recall afrinic is a police here. If you report anonymously then bring the proof even on that it is not viable still for afrinic.

People rather than only chasing witches. Let’s look at policies would help the organisation. I rest my case.
