[rpd] Policy Proposal Expired: Inbound Transfers Policy (AFPUB-2016-GEN-002-DRAFT-01)

Dear PDWG Members,

In line with section 3.4.1 of the Consolidated Policy Manual (http://www.afrinic.net/library/policies/1829-afrinic-consolidated-policy-manual#ThePolicyDevelopmentProcess), the "Inbound Transfers Policy" completed the timeout period of one calendar year without updates to the draft version. The only version of the policy proposal was received on June 17, 2016.

As a result, the proposal has been moved from "Proposals Under Discussion" to "Obsolete Proposals" at https://www.afrinic.net/fr/library/policies/archive/obsolete-policies

On behalf of the community, we thank the authors and look forward to their continued contribution to the development of number resource policies.
