Hi Abel:
In Rob Blokzijl's view, that is the government's job, it is not AFRINIC's
job.
And I firmly believe that.
Government have the power and legitimacy and power to do those audit, and
they can close the company and in some countries, kill the bad guy if they
want to, leave that to the government to do what they should be doing, and
let AFRINIC being a good book keeper.
If they need information from AFRINIC, provide legal agrees, AFRINIC will
and in most case by law, have to help them.
