[rpd] Proposal Update received: Internet Number Resources Review by AFRINIC

Hello Brother Dewole,

I read this policey proposal and I like to ask one or two questions.

Does this mean some people will get the IP address and they shall just not
use it, how this will benefit them?

So the Afrinic dont have the way to know this or what?
