[rpd] Correcting some misconceptions about the anti-shutdown policy proposal

Dear Chair,

I feel unhappy that, instead you appreciate member dissatisfaction,
empasis, you instead resort into questioning him. This does not bring our
community together ?

For exemple  :

Best  practise would be that the board consults membership/community
 before making statements like "keeping the Internet  open" ....
