I am not Douglas, but:

For End Users who have a non-zero amount of AFRINIC IPv4 space:
* About 55% have exactly one /24.
* About 83% have a /22 or less.
* About 91% have a /20 or less.
* About 97% have a /16 or less.
* 100% have less than a /13.

For LIRs who have a non-zero amount of AFRINIC IPv4 space:
* About 35% have exactly one /22.
* About 57% have a /20 or less.
* About 89% have a /16 or less.
* About 99% have a /13 or less.

I am talking about total space held by each organisation; it might be made up of several smaller blocks.
