[rpd] ip and security

Dear All

I just want to highlight on the importance of educating companies when they
get their ips.
since there is a huge demand of ips and now transition to ipv6, the
security part is critical.

What I mean to say is afrinic continues to provide the normal work scenario
and africa cert provides the training on security aspects.

If we start preparing now we will reach to a certain level of understanding
towards the demands of the industry.
