[rpd] LACNIC reaches final /10 of IPv4 space

All, there’s plenty of blame to go around. However, it is far more effective if we fix the problem instead of focusing on who to blame.

Bottom line, if you aren’t enabling IPv6 on something today, you’re part of the problem. If you are, you’re part of the solution.

Lather, rinse, repeat times 7.1 billion people and 365 days a year and IPv6 will be fully deployed in no time.
