I cannot speak on behalf of any of them, but microsoft has been working
hard to get their OS and apps working with IPv6. The latest versions
have shipped with IPv6 enabled. You can see their status:

And there are other big players that have their web sites and services
IPv6 enabled, Google with gmail and youtube, Facebook, Akamai.

More than a third of our (Meraka) internet traffic is already IPv6.
