Hello Sunday / Andrew

Joe Kimaili from Ubuntunet Alliance and I discussed this in Djibouti. We
share some of the sentiments and also have the best interests of the region
at heart.

We have however taken note of the objections so we will be proposing a new
policy backed with data from REN community.

Many thanks to both for sensitising the community to our needs.

Omo
