That statement is difficult to read.  It takes multiple clicks to 
read the statement.  There isn't any useful information about how 
information is protected.  "high level of protection" does not mean anything.

The above is description about cookies is incorrect.  The website 
does not allow the user to accept or reject cookies.

According to the statement "customer details" which are collected can 
be kept forever.  The statement is not community friendly.  It is 
unclear whether it is in accordance with the relevant regulations or 
data protection principles.
