you said you are in support of this policy which basically states that AfriNIC should provide 5 addresses to every registered student.  And all they need to show Afrinic to get the allocation is that they have x registered students.

We are all in support of Academia getting resources but lets not loose all logic of procedure because we are doing something for academia.
