[AFRINIC-rpd] Commencement of the last call

I don't want to repeat myself because I respect persons behind this list.
I already gave why I cannot support this policy. If the reasons I gave are
considered as ' hypotheticals with no basis in solid information' then
apply
your IETF draft document on consensus. Because of the respect I have to all
of you, I will not provide definition of concensus provide by United
Nations.
