IMHO, the questions posed by Andrew were related to the PDP's Agenda for
AFRINIC18.

As we were working (PDWG chairs and the policy liaison officer) on the
pdp's agenda when we received the email from Andrew, what else would we
asked to the community, if not their patience.

So, my intend was just to ask the community to give us time to prepare and
post the PDP's Agenda for AFRINIC18.

I hope this clarify my comments
