You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Renumber subnets, not people.  Also, like the other people on this list, I don't think a minor immigration issue should prohibit someone from doing what they're good at, and being paid for it.  Be happy he's doing it in Mauritius rather than the U.S.
