[AFRINIC-rpd] Request to recall Emile Milandou as PDWG co-chair

Hello Andrew and all,

On this matter it is in fact for the PDWG to resolve the the
issue of vacancy using the provision of the current PDP which
stipulates in its Section 5 that:

5) Policy Development Working Group

If the Working Group Chair is unable to serve his or her full term, the Working Group may select a replacement to serve the remainder of the term. If the Working Group Chairs are unable to attend the Public Policy Meeting, the Working Group shall nominate a Chair for the session. Anyone present at the meeting, whether in person or by remote participation, may participate in the selection process for a temporary Chair.
---- (which is the current and ratified version of the PDP - Ernest's message I guess by mistake refers to one of the working document of the PDP).

The Board may only intervene in this on a formal request of the
Working Group if its fails to find an appropriate solution.
