[AfriNIC-rpd] Public Comments on the PDWG Co-Chair Candidate

Precedent and our current election laws would have us do that.
However, I think when all this started coming up, the Election
law/procedure was one of the things that was supposed to be discussed.

I wonder where that initiative ended.
