Here is an idea we can borrow from Arin....

        The "Open Policy Hour" (OPH) takes place within the Public
        Policy
        Meeting. It is not for discussion of draft policies that are
        already on the agenda, but an open floor for new ideas and
        suggestions. If you have a policy idea on which you would like
        to receive feedback before submitting a proposal, seize this
        opportunity to present it to the AfriNIC community.
