[AfriNIC-rpd] Handover to new PDWG co-chairs

Hi Gift,

As Interim co-chairs, we have posted a brief report of the 
proceedings of the AfriNIC-14 Public Policy Meeting.  We suggest that 
NomCom sends out an announcement to the RPD mailing list about the 
election results and the handover to the new PDWG co-chairs.
