Hello,

The following text for Section 3.8 of AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-04 
gained consensus at the AfriNIC-14 Public Policy Meeting:

   "AfriNIC resources are for AfriNIC service region and any user outside
    the region should be soley in support of connectivity back to the
    AfriNIC region."
