Hi Mukom,

In line with Section 5.1 of the Policy Development Process 
(AFPUB-2010-GEN-005), we would like AfriNIC to provide an analysis of 
the following proposals:

  1. Limited Out of Region Allocation of IPv4 Resources proposal
     (AFPUB-2011-v4-003-draft-02)

  2. Reclamation of Allocated but Un-routed IPv4 Addresses proposal
     (AFPUB-2011-v4-002-draft-01)

  3. Transfer of IPv4 Addresses to Any Entity proposal 
(AFPUB-2011-v4-001-draft-01)

  4. Addition of Real Contact Email into ASN Whois Bulk Data proposal
     (AFPUB-2010-GEN-007)

  5. Global Policy for IPv4 Allocations by the IANA Post Exhaustion proposal
     (AFPUB-2010-v4-003-draft-02)

  6. Global Policy for post exhaustion IPv4 allocation mechanisms by the
     IANA proposal (AFPUB-2011-v4-004-draft-01)

Please note that the request for the last two proposals is made by 
Alan Barrett only.

It would be appreciated if the report includes an analysis of the 
technical, financial, legal and any other aspect AfriNIC deems 
relevant if the proposals are adopted as policies and implemented.
