As far as I recall, you did not raise any objections about 
AFPUB-2010-v4-005 at the last AfriNIC meeting.  I also don't recall 
any objections being raised at the previous AfriNIC meeting in Kigali.

Is the above an objection to Section 3.9.2 of AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-02?
