Is this the same text that reached consensus in Jozi?

If so, I am happy it go to LC (walu, than means Last Call ;-)

If not the same text, was it agreed that some wordsmithing needed to
be done? I have forgotten if that was indeed the case.  IMO, if we
come to consensus on a policy, the text should be frozen 9except for
typos, etc).

While Paulos has some good points, should these edits be made in an
amendment (a new proposal), or do we open up the v4 Soft Landing
Policy to another round of discussion via the whole PDP?

We have discussed this for 2 years folks, I had thought it was finished!
