Is this being done?  The web page at 
http://www.afrinic.net/policy.htm has a URL to the previous PDP and 
not the current PDP.  The template in the "How to Propose a Policy:" 
section is not in line with the current PDP.

The web page at http://www.afrinic.net/ppm_minutes.htm has a URL to 
the "AF-13 Policy Discussion Guide".  This is not the minutes for the 
Public Policy Meeting that was held at AfriNIC-13.
