[AfriNIC-rpd] Analysis of AFPUB-2010-GEN-006 and AFPUB-2010-v4-005

The analysis of AFPUB-2010-v4-005 and AFPUB-2010-GEN-006  was 
submitted by AfrINIC in response to the request made on 3 December, 
2010.  The analysis is provided to get a better understanding of the 
impact if a proposal is adopted as a policy.  It will not be 
considered as part of the comments to decide whether consensus has 
been achieved.

We are working with AfriNIC to fix the policy web page before 
initiating the Last Call for these two proposals.

The authors of AFPUB-2010-v4-005 and AFPUB-2010-GEN-006 will be asked 
to submit a new version of their proposals for the Last Call once 
some of the implementation details about the current PDP has been 
finalized.  The proposal should take into account the feedback 
received at the AfriNIC-13 Public Policy Meeting.  The minutes of
