[AfriNIC-rpd] Cooperative distribution of the end of the IPv4 free pool.

Dear Members,

The 'Cooperative Distribution of the end of the IPv4 Free Pool'  
Global Policy Proposal was rejected at the AfriNIC-8 public meeting  
in Rabat, Morroco. As per our Policy Development Process, the policy  
has now been withdrawn from the AfriNIC policy development process.
