[AfriNIC-rpd] Correction to last message

Hi Guys,

 

Just a correction to my last message re what I said about in-line with
RIPE.  RIPE currently has a specific policy for anycast allocation if
you are a CC or gTLD.  There is a discussion on going at the moment
about extending this.  The discussion apparently has to do with if it
should be just for DNS based services or any form of anycast.
