[AfriNIC-rpd] Summary of IPv6 HD-Ratio Change

Dear all

As AfriNIC-6 meeting in Abuja is very close, we are sending a summary of
the Proposal to change the IPv6 HD ratio from 0.8 to 0.94 from Adiel
Akplogan

Below is a summary of discussions with regards to this policy

I support this proposal.
I understand that the use of "units of /48 assignments" in the proposal
means that the internal utilisation of each /48 is ignored.

Yes you are correct

So far from the discussions on the mailing list, all people have
supported this policy.
