In Mauritius, the chairman of the policy group gave himself as an 
example of an "individual" who would be able to ask for a IPv6 PI 
allocation according to the policy then under discussion. PI space for 
"individuals" is probably not what is intended - I think the PI policy 
should be for "Organisations" - not "individuals".
