[Mira] MIRA RPi Probe for South Africa

Hi MIRA Team,

Following this afternoon's webinar and brief chat, I would like to apply
for a Raspberry Pi probe for South Africa (SA). I would like to put it
behind a different ISP from the 2 that you said you already have behind
Afrihost.

I have informed our local ISOC Chapter as advised and have included the
Internet SA Committee list in cc to keep them in loop of all communication
regarding this request.

Please let me know what else I need to provide or what the next steps of
the application process are.
