This is encouraging , nonetheless we are making good progress Chair, we
will make the necessary changes as we move along, the noise itself is
sufficient output for ICANN as well, we will just focus on positive
criticism and move forwad it might not be possible to have the whole
continent on board while making a strategy but let us soldier on. the
outreach process is doing fine.
