Thanks. Rafik is fine. GNSO includes registrars....

Bill Drakes asks for the world and uses bad language 'exclusive' to get people against rather than noting that NCUC members can contribute by participation in the process

If we wanted every constituency represented it will be larger than current group of 9?

Any ideas how to proceed?
