[Icann-aswg] A preliminary assessment of ASWG questionnaires

Dear all,

As we are preparing for the Mauritius retreat, I am hereby sharing  a
preliminary assessment of the questionnaires which were received a few
weeks ago. We shall probably need to fine tune the assessment during
our meeting.

I hope this could trigger our discussions about Africa's expectations
vis a vis ICANN, and therefore help generate viable recommendations
for the Icann Africa strategy.
