Ideally, we should be able to have the 4 + the remaining group members
+ Ray and Tarek I guess.

If regional reps are known by mid August, I would suggest we include
them in the retreat. I suspect those reps from At large, Af registrars
should be knon by now..
So total number could be 8 + 2 = 10 people + Adiel and Anne rachel.

Thus, we should consider a 12 person meeting at this stage..
