The general feeling is that it is better the group continues its work as is and share with african board members or others before Toronto meeting to get their feedback. In the meantime your briefings in ICANN and its global relations committee would suffice. 

I am sure you'll appreciate that we will receive better input when we have something to present. Engaging before that will not be beneficial
