[IANA Oversight] Maintaing the Openness of the Internet

I am Evelyn Bisona ,AFRINIC's 2018 Fellow in call for Support from community for your proposals to internet openness. I wish to recommend that IANA should  include in its proposals the importance of Governments to remove barriers that prevent the building of Community Networks and encourage community networks which will make community members to have access to internet.
