Dear all,

Writing on my personal capacity.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask some question as the list is
quiet. Please correct me if am wrong.

 1. what exactly is the NTIA stewardship to be replaced as a next step,
 2. How does this fit in existing ICANN accountability processes,
 3. Knowing the that the direct stakeholders are few root servers,
Verisign, IETF and RIR,  we don't need to build Tower of Babel


For the interest of Africa community, the *process* and *procedure* have be
very smooth (simple and light).
