[IANAOversight] SSAC Overview of IANA function

Hello all,

In the context of this IANA oversight/stewardship transition process, the SSAC has released a document (SAC067) titled  “Overview and History of the IANA Functions” which I think will be useful to many  in understand a little bit more the background and operational role of IANA.
