[DNSSEC-Ops] DNS change for RTT Group (#647348)

Good day, 

Can you please effect an update for RTT group DNS for
the range 196.13.113.0/24. 

The client moves ISP's and new DNS records
need to be implemented please due to IP address changes. 

DNS Server IP
changes: 

dns1.rtt.co.za - 196.13.113.183 

dns2.rtt.co.za -
196.13.113.13 

Mail server IP changes, and also please affect reverse
DNS for these servers 

Riddick.rtt.co.za - 196.13.113.148


Vaako.rtt.co.za - 196.13.113.149 

We have escalated it numerous times
to hostmaster at afrinic.net ticket request number: 647348
