[DNSSEC-Ops] ISC F-root at KIXP

Hello,

I hope this email is addressed to the correct department. If not please advise.

The Kenya Internet Exchange Point has in the past hosted an ISC F-root instance which has since fallen into disrepair. After coming on board I reached out to ISC who  indicated that they are in discussions with Afrinic to co-sponsor the site. What is the status of that discussion?
