Seems the DS record is not correct in the parent zone. You need to update the WHOIS DB, i.e. your rDNS record in myafrinic
and put the correct DS of the new DNSKEY (id=2338)

DNSSEC is fine.

Server is not responding over TCP. See the error message:

	• 245.41.196.in-addr.arpa zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over TCP. (196.41.225.10, 196.41.225.11)
	• 245.41.196.in-addr.arpa/SOA: No response was received from the server over TCP (tried 3 times). (196.41.225.10, 196.41.225.11, TCP_0_EDNS0_32768_4096)
